At True Form Peptides, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable, and customer-focused shipping. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

Order Processing & Payment Clearing

  • Orders are shipped as soon as payment clears.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Usually clear the same business day.
  • E-Check/ACH Payments: Typically take up to 3 business days to clear (if submitted before 12:00 PM PST).
  • Returning customers with established history may receive expedited processing prior to full payment clearance at our discretion.
  • Processing Window: All cleared orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Business Hours: Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day.

Route Shipping Protection

We’ve partnered with Route — a package protection and tracking solution — to provide an enhanced delivery experience.

Route offers low-cost, optional shipping protection that safeguards your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Customers may add Route protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

Route also provides a convenient mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. With dynamic tracking maps and real-time shipping updates, you can monitor your delivery without searching through emails for tracking numbers. The Route app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard shipping: USPS Priority Mail (approx. 2–3 business days).
  • At our discretion, we may upgrade your order to UPS Next Day Air or 2-Day Air at no extra cost if it ensures quicker delivery.
  • Delivery speed may vary by destination and carrier availability.
  • Shipping upgrades are not guaranteed and depend on fulfillment circumstances.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order is processed.
  • Please ensure your email and shipping details are accurate at checkout.
  • If a valid phone number is provided, we may contact you directly if an issue arises.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
  • Orders are fulfilled only for customers 21 years of age or older.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

  • Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
  • TFP is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once transferred to the carrier.
  • Weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery timelines.
  • If your shipment is delayed or lost and Route protection was not selected at checkout, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

  • High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
  • Customers may request additional insurance for shipments at checkout.
  • TFP is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
