True Form Peptides is committed to providing prompt order processing, secure packaging, and dependable shipping for qualified customers purchasing products for laboratory research purposes.
Order Processing
Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully received and verified. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers. Available shipping options are displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.
Ground shipping generally arrives within 1–5 business days, although delivery times vary by destination. Orders shipped to the East Coast may require additional transit time.
At our discretion, eligible orders may be upgraded to an expedited shipping service at no additional cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please verify that your shipping address and email address are accurate before submitting your order.
Route Shipping Protection
Optional Route Shipping Protection is available during checkout. Route provides protection for eligible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If Route protection was selected, claims should be submitted directly through the Route Claims Portal for the fastest resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, True Form Peptides ships only within the United States. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be shipped to and possessed within their jurisdiction.
Carrier Delays
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect transit times.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of laboratory research products and quality assurance requirements, all sales are generally considered final once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is affected by an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the package and product so our support team can review your request.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
