Because our products are intended strictly for laboratory in-vitro research purposes only, and require proper handling, our refund and return policy is structured to protect both product integrity and customer clarity.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds, all sales are final.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@trueformpeptides.com.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of both the packaging and the product.
  • Once verified, we may issue a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

Failure to contact us within 48 hours may result in loss of eligibility for replacement or refund.

3. Product Integrity

  • Refunds or replacements will not be granted for products that have been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.
  • Customers must adhere to recommended storage and handling guidelines to maintain compound integrity.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if payment has not cleared and shipment has not yet occurred.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation and refund are not possible under any circumstance.

5. Carrier Issues / Loss in Transit

  • TFP is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after being transferred to the carrier.
  • If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, you must contact the carrier directly.

6. Customer Responsibilities & Eligibility

By placing an order with TFP, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as safety and handling protocols.
